1. Introduction

Welcome to Spacewithyou, operated by ANKO SOLUTIONS L.L.C ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered at Office No. 203, 77-C, Al Souq Al Kabeer, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Spacewithyou mobile application for iOS and Android ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. We only collect what is essential for the App to function.

a. Information You Provide:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we securely process your authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password.
• User Content: The content of your conversations with our AI assistant. This data is processed to provide you with a response and is NOT used to train our AI models.

b. Information Collected Automatically:

• Technical Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash logs and diagnostic information (like OS version and device model) to identify and fix bugs. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
• Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase and AppsFlyer to understand general usage patterns, such as which features are popular, to improve the App. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Transaction Data: If you subscribe, payment is processed by Apple (via StoreKit), Google Play, or our web-payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your credit card details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used ONLY for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (i.e., to run the AI chat).
• To personalize your experience (e.g., remember your session).
• To diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes.
• To process your subscriptions.
• Crucially: We DO NOT use your conversations or personal data to train our AI or any other machine-learning models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data with these essential service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Google Firebase: For backend infrastructure, authentication, crash reporting, and hosting our cloud functions.
• OpenAI: To process your chat messages and generate AI responses.
• Apple: To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions on iOS.
• Google Play Store: To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions on Android.
• Stripe: To process web-based subscriptions.
• AppsFlyer and Google Analytics for Firebase: For aggregated, non-personal app analytics.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your chat history to allow you to view past conversations. You can delete your account at any time from the in-app menu (Profile → Delete account). Upon deletion, all your personal data and chat history are permanently erased from our active systems. You can also request deletion by emailing support@spacewithyou.com.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your data both in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights directly within the App or by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
