Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Spacewithyou mobile application for iOS or Android ("App"), operated by ANKO SOLUTIONS L.L.C, a company registered at Office No. 203, 77-C, Al Souq Al Kabeer, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Spacewithyou is an artificial intelligence (AI) companion intended to provide general emotional support and well-being guidance.

3. No Professional Relationship; No Medical Advice

• 3.1. Spacewithyou is NOT a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy from a licensed healthcare provider.
• 3.2. Your use of the App does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship.
• 3.3. ALWAYS seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or heard on the App.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• 5.1. The App offers paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features. These subscriptions renew automatically.
• 5.2. By subscribing, you authorize Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) or our web-payment provider (Stripe), depending on where you purchased, to charge the applicable fees and taxes.
• 5.3. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, in your Google Play subscriptions settings, or through the link provided in the App.
• 5.4. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple's App Store or Google Play.

6. User Content

By submitting text or voice messages ("User Content") through the App, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display this User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you (i.e., generating a response).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
